All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Entry is subject to venue capacity, ID verification, and compliance with local regulations. Being on the guest list does not guarantee entry; admission is at the discretion of the venue and requires adherence to dress codes and timing. Most events are strictly for guests aged 21 and above, and valid government-issued identification is mandatory for entry. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, violence, or any illegal behavior. One Team Entertainment reserves the right to deny or revoke entry at any time. Event details, including artists and venues, are subject to change without prior notice, though ticket holders will be informed of significant updates. By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and such content may be used for promotional purposes.
