At One Team Entertainment, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased or a guest list spot confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including personal scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or no-shows. In the rare event that an event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all ticket holders via email and provide appropriate next steps, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds depending on the situation. Any such refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that lineup or venue changes do not qualify for a refund.
